Each piece of jewelry is guaranteed.  If your jewelry is damaged when it arrives, or breaks at any time, simply return it for repair at no charge.  Beaded Beauties by Trish will pay postage (including insurance) on items returned (*exception noted below) due to damage or breakage

*Breakage of stones or beads due to dropping is not covered under our guarantee policy. An additional charge shall be assessed for replacement of broken stones. Beaded Beauties by Trish is not responsible for postage on items with broken stones.  Please be aware that many stones are one-of-a-kind and are not replaceable. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) within ten days of receipt for a full refund.  All jewelry must be in its original condition, so please package it carefully.  Beaded Beauties by Trish is not responsible for postage on returned items and highly recommends all returned items be insured and will not be responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.
