If the piece you have found has already been sold, I will be happy to design a similar piece. Although an exact match may not be possible, a similar piece will have similar colors and stones/beads.  If I can't recreate the piece with  similar stones or beads due to unavailability, I will contact you by email or phone to discuss alternatives. Your credit card will not be charged unless you authorize any changes. You may also cancel your order at that time if my suggestions for an alternative are not acceptable.

If you do not see exactly what you are looking for on my website, I will be happy to create a piece of jewelry especially for you. 

Please allow two to three weeks for custom orders. A 50% deposit is required on any custom order with the remaining 50% plus shipping, handling and insurance due at the time of shipping.
